Do not make any payment till you finalize discussion about tips. I paid the massage price upfront but then they haggled me for extra service tips right after. When I said just massage is enough, they denied service and still forced me to pay up tip upfront even to get a regular massage. Even that was not done for the full agreed time and they again asked me to pay extra if I wanted a harder massage. Not a good experience at all.

Happy to see this spa open again after the lockdown. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Catherine if you are going to visit it for the first time. She is a very beautiful young girl with a pleasant personality and a great level of English so she is very nice to talk to. Also, she is great at massage finding the sore spots and treating them. The spa has a convenient location on Bank St. and a very quiet and calming atmosphere inside. Great massage parlour.

Just a little doorway on Bank street. Once inside the space is very welcoming. I was greeted with a great smile and very welcoming hello. Once the massage was underway I melted. I did not ask for anything special but the pressure was perfect and the workday melted away. For the 60 minutes I was taken away to a Happy place. Thank you for the great treatment and the very professional massage. I will be back

Been a few times over the years and have been happy with the Massages. I do my best to pay cash to make everyones life easy. Definitely, a great place to stop in.

If you've previously had a poor experience with this location, I highly suggest you book an appointment with Catherine to change your mind. Firstly, she's very attractive, which is a rarity with a lot of locations but more importantly, she's a really good conversationalist and gives a fantastic massage. Not only did my back appreciate the visit, but I left in a genuinely good mood. The pricing structure is a little abnormal, but all considered, it's on par with other locations. If you're looking for a great massage, great conversation and an overall good experience, go see Catherine.

I do massages on regular bases due to my back and nick issues, its not a therapy but the massage helps me relax. This spa was better than my expectations. It was so relaxing I slept during the massage.

Horrible experience. The Asian lady was extremely rude and made me so uncomfortable. It’s 70$ for a 60 minute massage and as soon as I get there she was trying to force me to give her a 20$ tip right away. I told her I don’t know how much I want to tip yet and she said she didn’t want to massage me. She called one of the other girls and she was blatantly rude about it, as if I burdened her as a customer. Then the other masseuse came in and I told her what happened and she said “we only get paid in tips”, which sounds illegal. They expected me to pay cash and when I told her I was paying machine they looked annoyed. Then the other masseuse told me the Asian lady didn’t want to massage me whatsoever, which was extremely rude. There was a 5$ charge for the machine on top of the 70$ and then for the forced 20$ tip was another 5$. I paid 100$ for a terrible experience - and then I find out the masseuse that did massage me only has 1 month training and is not a registered massage therapist, never went to school for it. This place doesn’t deserve a star. They’re crooks and want you to pay cash. Very shady and the location is sketchy. Will never go back.
