Had a great time at Hotel Indigo! I especially enjoyed my time on the beach. Lincoln from the Bonny Moon club was very helpful with getting me set up on the beach each day and he always made sure I had everything I needed. Can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Indigo. From the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Our oceanfront room was beautiful, and we were so pleasantly surprised to find a fruit platter, wine, and a handwritten welcome note waiting for us in the room. Those little touches really made us feel special. The food throughout our stay was excellent, and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. We especially loved the golf cart rides down to the beach — they were convenient, fun, and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. A special shout-out to Neil at Bonny Moon, who provided outstanding service throughout our trip. He was always attentive and made sure we had plenty of cold water throughout the day. His attention to detail and friendly personality really stood out. I’d also like to give a very special shout-out to our bellhop, Prasanna, who went above and beyond all week to make our family’s trip unforgettable. He always greeted us with a smile, great conversation, and, of course, the best rides around the resort in the golf cart! My kids absolutely loved it whenever Prasanna was on duty. His kindness, warmth, and genuine care for our family truly made a difference. We would absolutely come back to Hotel Indigo.

The best people + great hotel = ideal place to stay on Seven Mile! Hotel Indigo is right in the heart of Seven Mile Beach but far enough to the north to offer an incredible beach with shade and a relaxed vibe. I have stayed here several times in the past 16 months and each time the experience has been great. The facility is spotless and the premium rooms offer fantastic sunset views over the sea. Catalina and Melvy was as great as always for their amazing breakfast. Mei, Newton, and Vik always show up and impress for their service at the pool. The front desk team of Chelsa, Abbishek, and Zaever have been very helpful all week. Pras helped us change rooms and had everything done for us. I would put your team up against any team from a 5-star hotel - and I have stayed multiple times at the Ritz-Carlton Gand Cayman and the Westin. But the real trump card for the hotel is something even the even the expensive places don't have: the best people on the island. This is not only the incredible staff but also the guests. We spoke with several couples who have frequented both the Ritz and the Kimpton Seafire and all of them say the guests here are more friendly and fun than either of those two. Simply put, the people at the other two are "stuffy" whereas the guests at Hotel Indigo are outgoing. This makes for a much better experience. We met so many friends it was almost like a reunion. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo as a great place to stay in the Cayman Islands.

This place is pretty 😍 The service is unrivaled, the food is fantastic. The amenities are as awesome as they look. It's just the real deal 🤝! Today - The manager of food and beverages, for the pool area (Joel?) (Joe L.?) (I could hardly listen to his name because I was beside myself, upset at the moment - sorry friend.) He stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. We were outside and had a mishap with our unique pastry from inside... Him and two others, Vick and one more, of the outdoor staff members came to our aid and changed the entire day around. He was easy to speak with and helped us out of our situation in a matter of minutes. We are sincerely thankful for the staff here and truly believe they deserve recognition individually for their actions today. When you're the parent of a little, and everyone is burning hot, the moment is tense 😬... Life gets tough, but these people went above and beyond in the service of others and we wanted to let the world know that they are in good hands with the staff here Thanks again everyone! We highly recommend this place, as if it wasn't recommended enough!

An incredible hotel with amazing amenities and most importantly, phenomenal staff. This has been the best experience for my family and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff are so incredible that they make every day seem like a dream. Thank you sincerely

Expensive? Yes. Is it a wonderful place? Absolutely. Beach, pool, amenities, ambiance, service.. it checks off all the boxes. Treat yourself, you deserve it!!!!!! Note, I am not an easy grader.

The staff is fantastic and the hotel is in a great location. The $75/day resort fee is a turnoff and they told us our 4 year old had free breakfast with ours, which turned out to not be true, so that was disappointing.

Overall great experience. Very nice hotel. Easy access to the beach. Greeters, front desk staff, and housekeeping were all welcoming. "Annette" with housekeeping is very kind and such a warm person. Thank you for taking care of our small concern. The onsite restaurant is very nice "Shan" was such a nice hostess. Not a good experience with the hostess that worked opposite of her. ("Rashka") Concerns were taken care of by restaurant manager. *Would recommend this hotel to others*

I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Grand Cayman. The property is stunning and well located across from the beach. It is a 3 minutes walk and they have plenty of beach chairs and a nice beach club. The staff really went above and beyond. They always had a great attitude and made an effort to engage with us and recommend something to make our trip better. The restaurant are really good too.
