Jose was absolutely the highlight of our experience at The Brasserie. Thanks to him, we returned to the restaurant and would confidently recommend it to anyone visiting Grand Cayman. He knows the menu and the ingredients extremely well and was able to explain the dishes, make excellent recommendations, and guide us through the meal with genuine knowledge and enthusiasm. His service was warm, attentive, professional, and truly memorable. The food was excellent, fresh, and beautifully prepared, but Jose made the experience exceptional. He is one of the best waiters we have had in a long time and a tremendous asset to The Brasserie. We will definitely return again. Highly recommended — and ask for Jose!

A splendid place, a menu that changes daily with excellent options, something that, at the same time, isn't one of my favorite things. When I think about going to a restaurant, I almost go with an idea of what I'm going to eat there, that's why I go to that place. So if they change the menu daily, it's somewhat uncertain. Some people find it attractive, I don't so much. However, the food is very good, very fresh and well presented. The sticky toffee pudding is the best thing to order for dessert there; I would go back just for that dessert.
