The Brasserie

We were so pleasantly surprised by The Brasserie. We have a list of our favorite restaurants in Cayman, but when we were there in June, almost all of them were closed on Tuesday night. The Brasserie was one of the only places we found open, so we decided to try it and we were completely blown away. It ended up being one of the best dinners we’ve had in Cayman. Everything was fresh, creative, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell they care about the farm-to-table concept because the ingredients tasted so fresh and every dish felt thoughtful and different. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was great too. This is now officially on our must-do list every time we go back to Cayman. Every dish we had was amazing. Highly recommend.

This is the best restaurant I’ve eaten at in Grand Cayman. We’ve been here 9 or 10 times. This is our first time here. The food was outstanding. The service was amazing. If you don’t try this restaurant, you are missing out.

Ok, it's a really nice place. Kinda looks sketchy as you drive in to this waterfront area, but it's really busy so it seemed safe enough. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Service is good, but they're very quick - a little too quick as they opened bottle after bottle of pricier than it needed to be sparkling water without asking if that is what we wanted. I appreciate a chef that keeps a tight menu because you're much more likely to have very fresh food, but the choices were, to me, like the chef was trying a little too hard to impress you. We did have a cocktail to start and wine with dinner, but nearly $600 for a party of four was a bit much to take. I'm not rushing back.

Finally made it here after visiting the island for almost 30 years. Ryan went above and beyond for us. Great experience and exceptional food 😁

A hidden gem. A bit away from uissle and bussle but we are so glad we found it and ventured here. Every dish was perfect and well thought out and executed. Lots of local farm ingredients. Service was beyond friendly and attentive. One of the best places we ate all week. Apparently it's very popular with locals for lunch!

true farm to table. they have their own coconut plantation and two fishing boats and grow 90% of their vegetables in their garden adjacent. homemade pasta and the pasta special was excellent... the best I had on the island. The only restaurant I feel like I need to go back to.

We stopped at The Brasserie in Georgetown, Grand Cayman for an early dinner/late lunch while our cruise ship was docked, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor — exactly what you hope for when dining on the island. Service was equally impressive. Ryan took great care of us — attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable without ever feeling rushed. He really made the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, making it the perfect stop during a port day. We can’t wait to come back next time we’re on the island!
