UNION GRILL

We have been to this restaurant several times over the past couple years and love it! Food is always great and service has been wonderful!

A jewel among gems! Having watched the food-scape in Cayman blossom over the last couple of decades has been a real treat. Union shines in a sea of stiff competition on this small culinary oasis of an island. The food was exceptional (don’t sleep on the pear salad or ceviche), the service was amazing and the atmosphere warm, inviting and comfortable. The attention to detail unmatched, every element of the experience is curated and built on the guest experience. It was an absolute joy to meet the owners and make their acquaintance during our first visit (of multiple on this trip to the island) and hear their heart and passion for what they do. And it absolutely shows through and through. Union quickly made its way onto our “must go” list for future visits to the island.

Wonderful food and having a food menu made it even more accommodating, my son is very picky at 10 and loves the kids my strip.

Had a lovely dinner at Union Grill! The food was great, the ambience was classic, and Monica, Jamie, and Jason took amazing care of us. Huge shout-out to the bartender for the delicious dessert cocktails! Such a wonderful evening! ✨🍸

This was disappointing. The setting gave an impression of style with a menu that I had great hopes of luxury dining . To be fair it can be achieved. The plus points were :- The live singer was brilliant. The bread basket saved me waiting so long for each dish. The food that was served held beautiful flavours The staff were very friendly and attentive. The negatives I was in the restaurant over 1.5 hours for 2 courses and I dined alone! The wait for courses was excessive. Screaming children throwing things on the floor and hitting my feet was not welcomed!! The Scallopes were beautiful but only 2 in a arge amount of rich creamy sause. Bit mean The Roast Duck was beautiful but it didn't need so many berries to over power the beautiful textures. Being asked by staff if I would like another drink or look at the dessert menu is great but, having other staff repeat what you have already been asked is frustrating after the 3rd time! So much was good about this restaurant however, they let themselves down and sadly me as I didn't really enjoy the experience

Large group service to an intimate dinner with friends or a date night, Union is the place to go! The chic urban atmosphere is perfectly paired with island vibes. It’s a unique elevated venue along the water. Arriving by boat is highly recommended but on foot through the shops of Camana Bay is also a treat. Beyond the fantastic surroundings the venue provides, the real experience comes alive with the service & menus (food, wine & cocktails). Each team member, owners included, greet and serve you with Cayman kindness, their unwavering passion for true hospitality, and one of kind diamond-level culinary wonders. There’s something for everyone with a menu this thoughtful & creative! The truffle pate, tuna tataki, scallops, short ribs, ribeye, ceviche & seafood risotto to name a few. Dessert is certainly a must with the famous Sticky Toffee Pudding. Union Grill will forever hold a spot in my heart & mind. Truly a one of kind place & experience!

Express Menu — A classic bait-and-switch: “Oh, sorry, we don’t serve the Express Menu during the slow season.” If that’s your policy, why leave the sign up? Is it made of concrete?

This restaurant was amazing. The food tasted delicious and everyone was really kind. They even let us choose our own songs to play on the speaker. I highly recommend this restaurant.☺️

Very expensive. There are other options equal or better food at better cost
