The Spa at Puntacana Resort

I had an amazing collagen facial at The Spa at Puntacana Resort, and it was hands-down one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful, elegant, and incredibly relaxing. My technician, Madelaine, was wonderful. She was gentle, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. She explained each step of the facial, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and customized the treatment to my skin’s needs. The collagen facial itself was deeply hydrating and rejuvenating, my skin looked brighter, firmer, and felt incredible afterward. Madelaine’s touch was both calming and precise, and I truly felt cared for throughout the entire experience. The spa environment was spotless and serene, making it easy to fully unwind and enjoy the treatment. If you’re looking for a high-quality facial while staying at the resort, I can’t recommend this spa enough and definitely ask for Madelaine. I would absolutely return.

The setting alone is stunning, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was my therapist, Nock. Nock was absolutely phenomenal. She was intuitive, professional, and clearly highly skilled. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and delivered one of the most relaxing and effective treatments I’ve ever had. Her technique was precise, soothing, and perfectly balanced, I left feeling completely reset, both physically and mentally. The spa itself is immaculate, serene, and beautifully designed, making it easy to fully disconnect and unwind. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, was top-tier. If you’re visiting the Puntacana Resort, this spa is a must and I highly recommend requesting Nock. She truly elevated the entire experience. We will absolutely be back.

Great experience! Excellent massage and enjoyed using the sauna and steam room first. Recommend bringing your swimsuit on a nice day and enjoying the private pool outside too.

Beautiful and so relaxing place. The atmosphere was exceptional , the staff were lovely and welcoming to us. Breathtaking views from the pool area to the ocean. Mercedes was excellent and she did the best massage on my body, the Punta Cana massage was amazing, the best!
