I am convinced that they have cameras in the rooms. Please do not refer this hotel.

Do not stay here!!!!, if you're looking for a place to rest this is not the place. There's a bar on the first floor, it's located in a main street, so music is very loud and too much noise to sleep comfortably, the beds were horrible, a wire was popping out of the mattress. I'll never go to this place again!.

It's a shame the state of the hotel; the facilities are nice, but in terrible condition. This could be compensated for by the service, but neither is working. First, the room didn't have towels; I had to go to the laundry room to ask for them. Second, there was a hairdryer, but it didn't work. Third, breakfast consisted only of bread with eggs and coffee; milk was provided as a courtesy, but they didn't even have boiled water. Some of the maids were friendly, others were simply rude. Room service... a pipe dream. On our last day, we got flooded because of a storm. I hope they can fix this; it's a shame for those of us who travel from so far away to see such a beautiful country that places like this operate with absolutely no regard for the customer.

Everything was terrible, they lie about the photos, they should pay you to stay there, it's all shameful, don't go, you'll regret it.

Terrible hotel, staff only speak Spanish, they don't arrange anything, they don't refund money. Even if you have paid for your reservation in advance, they try and want to pay again. Old equipment, ruined. Breakfast only eggs and toast. The same every day. In my room, water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom and they didn't do anything about it. When I wanted to move out and get a refund for the unused nights, they didn't refund anything. Horrible, I don't recommend

It's cheap, and precisely because of that, the service is abysmal. The TVs NEVER work, there's no hot water, the air conditioning doesn't work, the service is nonexistent, the power goes out, and if you want to buy juice or water, they'd rather not sell it to you than get up and leave… avoid staying here
