Hotel Faranda Single 1 Punta Cana - Adults Only

I stayed at this hotel because I had an event that weekend and it was close to the venue. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the ample parking, the attentive service, and the amenities. We rented a Junior Suite (room 1A) for one night, and it had everything we needed and more. Our stay began with a light breakfast of fruit, toast, and drinks. We enjoyed the pool and the excellent service. Highly recommended for a simple getaway for couples or for any last-minute rental.

When we arrived, we couldn't find the entrance. When we finally got there, we were very well received. We were greeted by the receptionist who promptly attended to us. When we arrived in the room, our first impression was that it would be comfortable; everything was organized, but the smell of mold was strong (I'm even all congested up). The internet didn't work, the outlets didn't work, there's only a side table on one side of the bed, the bed is comfortable, but there's no headboard; the pillows are placed against the wall. The disappointment with breakfast was so great that I'm still in shock. We arrived late in the early morning, hungry, waiting for breakfast, and to our surprise, a bankrupt café. Two lost attendants didn't know exactly what to do. They served us a coffee that they put out for you, and after half an hour, a piece of toast with a piece of watermelon that seemed expired already arrived, a piece of pineapple and melon… with nothing to put on the bread. My husband ordered fried eggs, which were counted separately as 4 eggs, $31.00 converted… After the disappointment, we spent the day out. When we returned, it all started again: the internet didn't work, the outlets didn't charge the cell phone, there was a bad smell in the room, and this caused a lot of discomfort, even among us. And then, we went to change rooms, and when we went to get our luggage, a huge cockroach appeared, crawling out from between the bags and spreading throughout the room… the stay was a nightmare, I don't recommend it. Besides, the building is on the side of the road, surrounded by construction, when it rains the whole corridor gets wet, you have to walk with your luggage through the wetness… we changed rooms, but the problem is chronic. We went to the third floor, the internet improved a little, but the outlets still didn't connect, and it was worse: the shower had no water; if you tried one side, it got very hot, if you turned it off, it got freezing cold… Apart from the service, which is good, nothing is satisfactory. There's a huge pool, but I don't know if it works because I didn't use it. The restaurant is terrible… it offers nothing! I was so upset with the coffee that I didn't take any pictures... but you didn't miss anything 😩😞 I couldn't rate the rooms, but as far as you can see they are clean, they must have room service because when I arrived the bed was made, the place, if you want to go to that bamboo place, it's nearby, but that's not all. And the blackout curtains, even though they are wall to wall, the gaps let in the sun It doesn't let you sleep! This isn't a hotel for me, like Part of a hotel when You buy timeshares to rent... The stay was disappointing! Don't be fooled, research, research a lot, the frustration was great!

Excellent experience at Faranda Single 1 Punta Cana. A modern hotel with a great atmosphere, ideal for adults looking to relax, enjoy themselves, and disconnect. I loved the service from Dianabell and Francisco at reception, the cleaning staff, the comfortable rooms, and the location. It's an excellent option for a getaway in Punta Cana, whether as a couple, with friends, or simply to treat yourself to a few days of rest. I definitely recommend it and would return again.

Everything is fine except it's too slow

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Faranda! It was a last min decision since this was my first visit in the city and the original location was too far from the airport. My room was very clean and well managed with plenty of toiletries and space, I even had a kitchen. The scenery from the hallway is also beautiful where you can see the entire city. They have a gym, bar and pool, with a beach-like vibe with gazebos and a music area. The premises is still being worked on so there are some kinks such as leaving the premises on foot require an odd walkway with uneven steps. However location is worth it, there’s so much to do and access to essential stores, so if you need to catch a cab it won’t cost no more then $10. I can’t wait to come back!!

An amazing stay at Faranda Single 1 Punta Cana! The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, with everything you need to feel at home.The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure guests are comfortable. The pool, gym, and coworking spaces create the perfect balance between relaxation and productivity. Highly recommended for solo travelers or anyone looking for a unique and peaceful experience in Punta Cana!
