Hotel Santander

When I arrived, everything was fine. My only complaint is the breakfast staff; they were rude and acted as if the customer was being asked to please.

Terrible service from the breakfast manager. The bathroom had no light, there were cockroaches in the room, payment couldn't be made by card, and the breakfast juice was awful. If they changed some of the staff and did a little maintenance, it would be fantastic, as it's well located, but for these reasons, I don't recommend it.

The sink was leaking, everything is old, like the red carpet at the top of the stairs, it's neglected, like the floor, door handle and keys. If you just want something to spend the night it's okay because the bed is comfortable, but if you want to enjoy your stay I don't recommend it.

We only stayed 1 night.I had no complaints with the service.The rooms are very basic,but you get value for what you pay per night.The aircon worked and the room had a fridge in it.It’s a quick walk to the Malecón and a restaurant.The only real issue I had that it was loud inside the hotel with people shouting.

An excellent hotel for short stays, good atmosphere, quiet, good internet, free parking and close to everything, a step away from the boardwalk to enjoy the sunset.
