Came here for the first time to get some testing done and the staff was incredibly friendly and quick! The phlebotomist Sarah was SOOOO sweet!! Highly recommend this place especially if you’re looking for free testing services in a clean establishment.

As a gay man in Atlanta, sexual health is a topic of real importance. From bad relationships to scary test results, Aid Atlanta is equipped to handle whatever comes their way with compassion and care. Employees like Sarah make testing feel safe, no matter the outcome. She is literally an angel every time I see her kind, comforting, and professional in moments that can feel really vulnerable. And when it comes to answers, Dr. Shatoya is a walking textbook. Knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping people understand what’s going on with their health. I truly appreciate this team more than words can express. In moments of fear and uncertainty, they remind me that my health is in good hands. Thank you, Aid Atlanta, for serving our community with care.

OMG! Where do I START ! This place is a hell hole ! Staff is rude and incompetent, inconsistent! ! I requested to speak to a manager then the call was somehow disconnected! When I finally was able to speak to a manager, she was not helpful at all ! It sucks that a facility that is supposed to help individuals, make it impossible to receive care

I haven't been here in over a year. The old location was cramped, slow, and it was so obvious that the staff was not cared for and unappreciated. This new location however, WOW. Amazing location. Clean, bright, and more staff with more capabilities. I used to be here for an hour just to see a tech and now I'm practically in and out. Big ups to Suzanne and Mario! Move their bedside manner. I felt so comfortable with them. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Edit: it happened again. Came and checked in and everyone who came after me was called before me. This time one of the employees was like ???? Wait a minute you've been here for a while and were here before them. I said yeah this happens every time. He looked into it and said they lost my folder. Which must happen every time. Are they going to staples to print out paperwork? This is a reoccurring theme with me here. Edit: ive noticed the last 2 or 3 times Ive been here, everyone who checked in after me is called before me. Why is that??????????????? Compared to their old facility, this place is very nice. Parking lot is on google. STAY IN LEFT LANE ON SPRING STREET. SAYS AHF. Call them for directions. Can be a bit confusing upon walking in as nobody in there tells you what to do or how to log in/check in. Even with the woman up front I had to go ask for help. Please dont assume everyone here knows what to do. I saw members of the community helping new people instead of staff helping people.

I worked with Reggina McKoy and I had given her unfavorable feedback due to being under the impression that my leasing office was sending her the requested information. Recently discovered my leasing office was sending the info just to the incorrect email address. I want to take ownership and apologize for the comment and provide compliment instead of a complaint

I had a prep appointment for 11:15am, I arrived on time today and it is 12:24pm and I still have not seen a provider or follow up testing, this is very disappointing and discouraging and makes me not want to come back for prep services

I love this place, they have really worked with and been patient with me since I first started coming to them. Ms.Katherine White was so good to me, thank you. I have a new doctor now, Dr. Mardis. He was very informative and had great conversation. He made me feel calm and knew all that he needed about me before we even met. Thank you!

Now I haven’t visited this place just yet but I will. I just got off the phone with Doug And not only has he been very informational very pleasant, extremely professional. He even offered me additional information without me asking And that shed so much light to me because I’ve been calling around looking for free testing for so long with so many rude terrible agents It was such a relief… thanks a lot Doug!!! 🙌🏾 Update a week later on my experience. The bad reviews are actually surprising to me. Upon arrival the staff was nice and fast and sufficient. The wait wasn’t long at all. I received my test results very fast. 10/10 ! Highly recommend!
