Room was great, breakfast was nice, but one of the front desk guys was so rude and demeaning when we got in at midnight on the 30th. He was wearing glasses and it was the night of the 29th morning of the 30th. I know it was late, but this guy was no help when checking us into our room.

Clean, nice staff, we accidentally picked room that was literally overlooking freeway on-ramp. So it was noisy and if you opened blinds cars could look in. Our fault. Overall good experience. Pool was out of service for stay.

Visiting for business. This is an excellent location for the business traveler. Although located my the airport and interstate it is surprisingly quiet. There are several places located close by to go and enjoy a nice dinner. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is an older facility but seems to have been kept well.

We stopped here to break up a long road trip, staying only long enough to sleep and grab breakfast on the way out the door in the morning. Everyone that helped us between arrival and departure was so friendly. My son left a beloved stuffed animal behind in our hurry out the door in the morning, and the staff sent the stuffy to our home with a thoughtful note that my son thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated. Thank you so much to the staff for the extra care and effort. If we have the chance to pass through Boise in the future, we’d love to stay again!
