Embassy Suites by Hilton Akron Canton Airport

Everything is wonderful at this hotel except for the bartender at the hotel bar during happy hour. Very rude, short, not personable. I felt like a bother. She seemed pre occupied with other things ., what an awful feeling ... like I was such an inconvenience. Very rude ! 5/23/26 7:30 pm.

The team serving breakfast here at Embassy Suites Canton, Ohio, Ms. Andra, Ms. Vera on the grill, and Mr. Ryan, are serving us well this morning. They are efficient. Serve with a smile. Caring. Attentive. Very tasty made-to-order omelets. Ms. Susan at the desk is a friendly and very helpful presence. Highly recommended. Ms. Christina in housekeeping is helpful and friendly.

Make sure you don't need the pull out bed. Worst bed I've ever slept on. There was a Tootsie roll inside the hide-a-bed and Skittles under it. The carpets were filthy. On the plus side---they had the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.

We had a delightful visit! All the staff was friendly. Keith, the bartender, was very warm and welcoming after our long drive. The breakfast was outstanding! There were many choices that were all fresh. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

My check-in process was very disappointing. Several of the rooms contained major maintenance issues that should have been addressed prior to check in. Broken furniture, broken toilet seats, cracked ceilings with peeling paint, peeling wallpaper and jammed bathroom sliding doors and more. The representative at the front desk informed me that she would contact me then the room was cleaned and we were waiting until 1 am in the morning. I had hoped to relax before my fathers funeral, but have had to rest in the lobby area until a half decent room was found.

Overall, we had a pretty good experience during our stay. The room, bedding, and bathroom were all clean and well maintained. The complimentary snacks and drinks in our room were a nice surprise and very much appreciated. The staff at both the front desk and breakfast area were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room faced the highway, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little traffic noise we heard, which made for a quiet and comfortable stay. The only disappointments were that the swimming pool water was quite cold and not very enjoyable, and our room had a noticeable musty/mildew odor. Aside from those issues, we had a positive stay overall.

The rooms are beautiful, and the bedroom is separate from the living room. The room was already cool when we arrived, unlike other places. The bar staff and late-night staff were rude. If you don't want kids staying at your place, don't be on "stay to play" ball sites. But since you are on those sites, you really need to have breakfast open earlier when ball clubs are staying. We often have to get up early for games, and the kids could use breakfast, even if it's just quick items or scrambled eggs, meat, potatoes, and bread, not the whole spread.

They need to clean behind bed and couch quite nasty behind them otherwise room was clean. Outdoor Seating areas are dirty and are in need of new chairs. Bartender was a nice guys made out drinks perfect. Breakfast areais nice and clean and delicious omelets. Pool was so cold 🥶.

I sayed w/ friends and beds need 1 more pillow but overall not to bad
