Wonderful and extremely friendly staff😊
Very easy location right off the E train line. Eva at the front desk was helpful, kind, I hot me an interior facing room. The rooms are not new or anything, but everything is very clean.
I highly recommend the hotel! Well located, attentive staff, good breakfast, good bed and shower, everything very clean.
Very outdated hotel. No in-room coffee. Coffee with bagels and muffins available at 8am which is not ideal at all. Not too loud of an area at night and it is very close to a train entrance.
We (my mom and I) had a nice stay at Chelsea Savoy Hotel and would happily stay here again. The location is excellent. Subway stations and bus stops are just around the corner, and many great places, such as Greenwich Village and the Flatiron District, can easily be reached on foot. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and our double room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. It also included AC, a fridge, an iron and a hairdryer. The complimentary breakfast was very basic, with only bagels, muffins, and coffee, but it was enough to start the day. The hotel is not the most modern, but it is comfortable and offers excellent value for money given its prime location in Manhattan. We recommend Chelsea Savoy Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and centrally located place to stay in New York City.
beautiful.atmosphere, clean.
For Brazilians The location is perfect, excellent. Everything is nearby: restaurants, a market. Transportation is just steps away. Close to the heart of Manhattan. You can do everything on foot. The hygiene of the place is good. The room is quite old. It doesn't have a mini-fridge, it has carpet, and it doesn't have a smart TV or shower. But even though it's old, it's not uncomfortable. The staff service is good. Breakfast is included but with little variety, but it's not bad. Just muffins and bagels. Overall, I highly recommend it. Don't confuse them because there's the Chelsea and the Chelsea Savoy.
