Wouldnt answer the phone or the bell your suppose to ring. We needed a room bad, but they lost our business

Best sleep ,amazing beds n pillows, clean n good smelling, great Kitchenette, WASNT n welcoming host great price in comparison to most In area. Highly recommend for on butget price

Just keep driving .... Seriously they got bed bugs!! I know it looks cute and it's close to being in town but.. They didn't clean the room! It's was disgusting They tell you when you show up we will clean and bring you things! The people that work here are nice of course but they do not clean and the towels they give you are stained they only come on few days to see if you need room service and basically tell you it's easy to take out your own trash which we always do but isn't.. that kinda part of cleaning the room? They told us that the prior people in the room we had caught the stove top on fire. So I went over and looked at it It doesn't work for one and there was black ick all over the countertops ash on the counter and why wasn't this cleaned up?? I'm a huge clean freak so I literally scrubbed the crap out of this room. They also have the fridge and microwave on a switch plug so if you turn it off for any reason you will lose your food. We discovered... Bed bugs and this seriously gave me the eebie jeebies. I legit have bites all over me and that's gross. The bugs pictured I have no idea what they are but there's these red/brown type bug on the beds my husband has pictures of those if I get called out we do have proof. I have been to a lot of hotels all over the country and this one by far was the worst I don't recommend it Maybe if you work and don't look around but.. just no no.. I turned the beds over and found bugs and black dirty gross stains Is this really how you guys want your hotel?? It was filthy and of course I have pictures to prove it because they will say anything nowadays to make me sound like the bad visitor. The sheets aren't white they have nasty stains (we brought in our own bedding and slept on top of the blue covers) As you can see the walls and where the stove top is is caked with this yellow dripping it's all over the place The floors were dirty to the point my baby boy had black feet so we wore shoes the whole time. The ac also leaked badly but they blamed it on the rain this thing was dripping before it rained I keep to myself and clean my own room always But this.. this was insane. We won't ever be coming back Ever Yes I went on a rant because for the money they want . It's just not up to the standards they say they provide and it makes me sad I had to waste my money here I definitely want you guys to double think this I just wanted you guys to know.

Karla, the Head housekeeper/Manager made sure we had everything we needed, including getting us a new refrigerator for our room when she realized the dorm room sized refrigerator that was in the room wasn’t going to work for us. She got us a new apartment sized refrigerator so we could fit everything needed in the refrigerator. The bedding was very clean. Karla and her staff checked with us every day to make sure we had everything we needed. She made sure we knew how to contact her if we needed anything. She really cares about the guests. It’s an older motel, so the rooms aren’t fancy, but they are comfortable, and the staff does their best to make their guests comfortable.
