3 Hours of Impactful Content

Champion Storytelling: Our intersectional GenderCool Champions share their personal stories: honest, joyful, and humanizing.

Families & Allies: Champions' supportive families and corporate sponsors share their own stories of allyship and inclusion.

Breakout Rooms: Best practices and actionable takeaways to support the next generation of leaders, who are more LGBTQ+ than ever.

Curated Sessions for Every Leader

This 3-hour event is built for flexibility. Sessions are designed as drop-ins, so employees can join the track designed for their role whenever works for them, and leave with the tools, language, and confidence to drive real inclusion in their sphere of influence.

ERG / BRG Leaders: Make your resource group the most impactful program of the year. You champion inclusion every day; this track gives you the storytelling fuel and programmatic tools to do it better. Bring authentic Champion voices directly to your members, build deeper community, and leave with content your ERG will be talking about long after the event ends.

International Leaders & Allies: Inclusion is a global commitment, not a regional policy. Trans and nonbinary youth exist in every country, every culture, every office. This track equips global leaders with cross-cultural language, context, and frameworks to show up as genuine allies, no matter where your people are located or what stage your market is at.

Allies: Move from intention to action. You believe in inclusion. Now learn what it actually looks, sounds, and feels like from the people who live it. Hear directly from GenderCool Champions and their families about what real allyship means, and leave with the everyday language and confidence to practice it at work and at home.

Executive Sponsors: The data, the stories, and the strategy to lead from the top. Culture change starts with you. This track gives executive leaders the business case, the lived-experience stories, and the strategic framing to champion transgender and nonbinary inclusion from the boardroom down, and signal to every employee that belonging is a company priority.

Parents: You don't have to figure this out alone. Parenting a transgender or nonbinary child can feel like uncharted territory, but thousands of families are walking this path with joy, resilience, and unwavering love. Connect with Champion families, find community, and discover the resources and conversations that can make all the difference.
