This hotel has some cheery decor and we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious with comfy bed, hot water in the shower (though a bit low flow). Room keys are in the style of student IDs. Beware parking. There’s a daily fee, and if you don’t have a permit they will hit you with penalties!

We experienced exceptional service and an overall great stay at the Graduate in Columbia during our stay for a special screening on Fort Jackson for the men, women and families of the US Army of our new film, YOUNG WASHINGTON from Angel Studios and The Wonder Project. The hotel has a fun personality, beautiful décor, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location near the University of South Carolina. Made for the perfect home base for our team during a busy two days in Columbia. Our stay was made MOST exceptional, however, by Liyah at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful to work with... warm, professional, patient, and showed genuine Southern hospitality. Coordinating groups is never easy, but Liyah handled every request with a smile and made our entire team feel special. Staff like Liyah are the reason guests return. Thank you to everyone at the Graduate for making our stay such a positive experience. We look forward to coming back the next time we're in Columbia!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed 2 nights for campus tours at USC. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff was exceptional. We brought our Toy Poodle Pippa and she had the best time and was a big hit with the staff. See attached photo

I want to like this place, because the location is great for USC. But this is the second and likely last time I will stay there. It lacks basic maintenance - clean bathrooms, doors that shut normally, fresh paint and carpets, etc. Whoever is in charge of maintenance and cleaning this hotel is really letting customers down. Too bad.

Really fun. First, there’s no pool, but you’ll get over that. The area is historic, so I get it. The decor is cool, ranging from “Extreme USC fan” in the rooms to “Southern gentleman” in the lounge. Fun fact- the rooms have subtle nods to USC alums. Mine was for Toro y Moi, who I’ve seen but had no idea he went there. Staff was mostly college students, very nice and helpful. 20 minute walk to the convention center, 10 to the State House. The smash burger is worth getting.

Salutations, I picked this hotel based on location to an event that I was attending and for the cutest, picturesque service counter I've ever seen. While I did read early dated reviews, I am pleased to say that my first time experience was pretty awesome. Greeted upon entry, Kiara and Allah were the sweetest. My room most certainly was clean., The shower water pressure soothing. The decor of the sitting rooms were just delightful. The Bar and attendants were wonderful. I even had a delicious Bloody Mary, funny thing is I dont care for them at all. I was provided with fab restaurants recommendations and took lovely strolls through the campus. Now, I will have to visit again to see if this experience is thier standard. I am truly hoping so. Thank you for a Beautiful Weekend get away.

The hotel is exactly as the pictures show, lots of fun decor in the room and lobby. The location is very convenient as well. I took my family to the zoo and rather than driving the 90 minutes home, I decided to make a mini vacation and rented a king suite. My booking was direct through Hilton for two adults and two children. I walked in to our room and it was warm, the actual bedroom was even warmer, the sofa bed wasn't made, which was very odd given the number of guests booked in the room and there were three towels for four people. All in all I wouldn't recommend this location and I certainly will not be staying here again.
