Easy valet parking. Checking in super easy. Nice staff and clean rooms in the distric.

The dining service was amazing!!! Incredibly friendly server and supervisor! Food and drink was top notch as well, 10/10!!! Thank you Aliyah and Sheritta!!!

A luxury experience

I took a moment before I reviewed this hotel so that I wouldn't give the review based on my feelings. The best part of thia hotel was Jennifer and Lilly at the front desk. The rooms in the main building were old and small. The preferred king was well lets just say I preferred a different room. They put me in the loft rooms and still old. For a downtown hotel this was not what I hoped for. Pictures look great, in person not so much.

Ran into a bit of a hurdle for our reservation and Raheim at the reception was super patient with us throughout, remained extremely courteous and professional.

5 stars due to the customer service. I wasn't impressed by the restaurant but couldn't decide if that should affect the overall star rating. Rooms are not sound proof like some of thier competition.

Sonesta was a nice hotel near the convention center. Our experience started out very poorly as Expedia dropped the ball. What we could never be thankful for enough was the staff who went out of their way to address the unfortunate situation. They were great. Knowing that it wasn't their fault but they addressed the situation as though it was made it the best stay. We will definitely go back. Thank you to the staff. You are our heroes!🙂

Sonesta was a real treat for me. The room was sparkling clean and exquisitely dark. It was a pleasure from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. And it was so nice that nobody seemed to mind when I made a bit of noise. I mean, one can't be good ALL the time; bad is sometimes the perfect thing to do. Sonesta was quite a nice place to do it. I barely even noticed the place to be honest, and it won't remember my indulgence. But I will. Isn't that perfect?

Nice location, clean rooms. Bed was firm.

Lily, in the front desk, was very kind and helpful! She is the reason we will stay there if needed to travel, again!
