Honestly would’ve given this place a great review as the room was very clean and comfy. I thought I had paid for 2 nights, simple miscommunication and this rude blonde lady I guess working front desk comes to the door telling me I need to get out right now with extreme attitude. i have no idea who she thinks she is and i have no idea where she got the idea she can speak to someone like that. this isn’t a 5 star hotel for someone to speak to me like that lol. I was honestly gonna go downstairs and pay for a week as I’m in town for business and she left a bad taste in my mouth and decided to leave. Find better workers.

I love everything about this place. They have a gorgeous and relaxing lobby area with cozy seating, a bar area, a small shopping area, and a beautiful attached restaurant with awesome service. The hotel room on the North side was very nice. Room service was perfect. The noise at night from the street was a bit loud, but that's to be expected with an older hotel in the city. I definitely recommend checking it out, even if you're just wanting a place to go to relax or have a drink/meal. Be sure to check it out at Christmas time as well. Beautiful!!

Great rooms. Very comfortable, good blackout curtains and great shower, complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. Exceptional staff, very accommodating... They even took our luggage it to our car for us after we checked out while we went to have brunch. Above and beyond our expectations.
