Very expensive for what it is. I chose to stay in a hotel instead of the air bnb route because it’s expected people clean and take care of the room, at least that’s my experience of how a hotel operates. After coming back from being out all day on the first night we come back and the room is in the same state we started the day out in. When we went to the front desk to ask about them cleaning and making the bed (a standard hotel practice) they stated that we were responsible for cleaning and taking trash out??? We also requested some towels and were told “we don’t have any.” What kind of a hotel makes you clean after yourselves and doesn’t have towels for you to use? Our entry card had to be replaced 3/5 days because they just stopped working. No elevator, no hot tub? I paid 1500 for 5 nights and had to clean after myself and haul my stuff up and down stairs. Patel family you can do better than this. The only reason I am giving two stars is due to location.
If you have two people with C paps you're screwed because they have antiquated lamps that don't have outlets for external plug ins.
Friendly staff, large rooms with comfortable beds. Clean. Showers are taken in the bathtub.
Clean and comfortable
Good value
Front desk lady was extremely rude got even worse when I said I was a veteran. This is the worst best western I've ever been to, told the front desk that that there was three of us she didn't care. She wouldn't even look to see if there was any other rooms available. Guessing the hotel staff at this location do not like veterans, shame.
Good for one night
