Atlanta Hotel International

We stayed in this hotel on December 19th overnight on our way to Albany NY. I cannot recommend this hotel due to bed bugs, and lice. It it now March 5th and I am still struggling with getting rid of these bugs. We stayed in the pet friendly room and contracted these bugs. Stayer beware. If I could give a zero I would.

Nicole was very friendly. Check in was nice and funny. Got to our room and the carpets were ripped up my 1 year old wanted to mess with it. The beds were loud and hard as a rock felt like you were right on the springs. the hot tub was still not in use. You could hear every door shut and every conversation on both sides. Our shower barely worked. Around 1am the people in the room next to us were having too much inappropriate fun and were super loud you could hear everything. Had to pack up and leave at 2am with our toddler and when brought to the red haired lady’s attention there was nothing that I saw done. Bathrooms are tiny. I highly would not suggest this hotel.

Worst experience ever! The hotel manager and maid kept arguing with each other as if they were in a domestic dispute. Felt like I was in the middle of a Jerry Springer show! I don't know what is going on with them but I don't wish to know or see anymore. I will never stay here again!

Quiet little escape in Dunkirk. This hotel is like a second home with friendly staff and clean rooms. We stayed several days and had to extend our stay due to a snow storm. The staff took excellent care of us and made us feel at home! I highly recommend this hotel.

Way overpriced for how outdated the room was. Bed was decent and clean, towels were clean, shower was clean, but carpet was really old - I didn't even want to walk around with socks on the carpet! Floors around jacuzzi and shower were dirty. But should've been no mpre than $100 a night, not $200. I hope the owners use the extra money to do some remodeling!

Beds were uncomfortable. Woke up sore. Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was okay. Cable worked though!

Great service rooms are very nice.Only problem was two one cockroach appeared on my nightstand

End of the road ! Don't get me wrong... they kind of keep everything in order and "clean" but everything is outdated of the 80's. Beds are suuuuper comfy. But those hyper old rugs ensure you a sore throat the next day. It's super small room. It will take a master in remodeling to enlarge from the inside. I give 3.... but it's a "positive" 3. They need to move on.... refurbish and keep this great pride and professionalism. At this current state though.... it's a hard no in the futur.... again.... end of the road.
