What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the delicious food, with many highlighting specific dishes like the potato and leek soup or shepherd's pie, and compliment the beautiful riverfront location and relaxing outdoor deck. Some guests found the rooms exceptionally clean and well-decorated, offering a comfortable stay. A minor complaint mentioned was that the corned beef could be improved by cutting against the grain.

About this place St. Brendan's Inn

St. Brendan's Inn is an Irish-themed boutique inn on South Washington Street in downtown Green Bay, close to the Fox River. It has a pub and restaurant downstairs. It is a mainstream, gay-friendly hotel, not an LGBTQ+ property, whatever older listings said. Its 4.6 rating from over 1,600 Google reviews makes it one of the better-reviewed places to stay downtown. The riverfront trail and the downtown bars are a short walk away, and Lambeau Field is a short drive. Rates go up sharply on Packers home game weekends, so book early or travel midweek.

Delicious food! Their potato and leek soup was delicious. The rueben was good, but would have been better if they had cut the corned beef against the grain. The location on the river was beautiful and the outside deck relaxing.
