This is one of the grossest hotels I’ve ever booked! I am so disgusted and cannot wait to get out. I am supposed to stay 3 nights but I will try my best to get out sooner. The floors are sticky, walls are dirty, stray hairs all over the bathroom, the elevator smells like roach spray and the room stinks. As soon as I arrived, I left to buy Febreeze at CVS but that barely masks the smell. Not only is it horrible on the inside, outside the hotel is a mess as well. Trash everywhere, junk in the parking lot…just ick! Look at the pictures I uploaded before you decide to stay here. The only reason I gave it 1 star was so I can leave this review.

We were kind of iffy because some of the reviews. But we when we got here the staff was very welcoming. We had room 718. With a beautiful view. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The bed was clean. Everything was wonderful. I don’t know what people are talking about. They had a bad experience. We did NOT have a bad experience!!! It was wonderful!!! Breakfast was great!! So,,, don’t judge a book by its reviews!!!

The hotel is not bad for the price but bathroom was out dated and the curtain for the shower was cloth not plastic so you have to take a quick shower to avoid water going all over the place. The bed sheets were not 100% clean. The view was the only nice thing. I give 3 stars because I still have not received my 100$ deposit back yet and was there may 15, it is now May 26 and you can never get ahold of staff at front desk it is impossible, that’s not good business.

This is not a three star hotel, this is a low rate one star (at best) hotel. Homeless people sleeping just outside the hotel lobby, told by the desk clerk to avoid going outside after dark (bc it's dangerous) and the entire place is significantly different than online pictures represent. I checked in, went to my room and immediately checked out (filthy, run down common area into room, dated dirty room with floors so sticky that my shoes literally stuck to the floor). I paid for a second hotel and have been trying to get a refund for two months, but the hotel management will not cooperate with me or with AA Advantage. Buyer beware on this place, it is not worth it.

The room my wife and I were in had a beautiful view to the capitol building and the beautiful park. Everyone was very friendly, the breakfast was good. The bathroom could've used a little more attention and also the refrigerator. The only thing that wasn't good was the cable TV they didn't have many good selection it would be nice to have good channels for those rainy days.
