Dangerous and terrible. Front desk assigned another guest to the room we were already in. A random man used a key card and walked into our room around midnight while we were in bed. Front desk associate JR blamed it on a tech issue and then acted like he did me a favor by assigning the other guest to a different room. While checking out the morning front desk workers acted like they thought it was funny. They put us and the other guest in a very dangerous situation that should have never happened. The carpet was stained, there was a hole in the fiberglass shower, and the 3rd floor hallway reeked of marijuana. Customer service was horrible. Will never stay there again, and will be avoiding Choice Hotels if this is the type of customer service the company provides.

everything was great! traffic was iffy but the hotel itself && staff were amazing!

Stayed at this location on May 31st. Room and service was fine atmosphere was not very good. To start with a guest on same floor was letting their dog run up and down hallway and it tried to enter my room then later they allowed it in pool room and physically took it into the pool, where it pooped in pool area. I know the desk had to know because guest retrieved cleaning supplies to make a token effort to clean the mess. Everyone doesn’t want to swim in a pool with a nasty dog. This was not a service dog. Also later at night I had to call desk on a guest next door throwing something on the floor. Then there was arguing the rest of the night.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff are kind helpful and friendly. My concerns with my stay were: bathtub stopper does not work. Had to plug the tub with a hand towel to get a bath. Power went out about 5 am here. Our of their control. Came back on at 8:15 am. GREAT, I thought, maybe I will get a hot breakfast after all. Nope! Kitchen lady was shooting the shit with front desk staff, just waiting for her time to pass by, packed in hand and ready to leave. Absolutely NOTHING was available and set out for breakfast. No bagels, no bread, no butter, no yogurt, no hot breakfast and not a darn thing! The fridge was empty! She hadn't even made COFFEE!!! The only thing for breakfast was dry cereal on the counter, I couldn't even find the milk! Lights were off in seating area, only on in the food area but no food. Huh? I asked for milk, it was refilled. That's all good, but as a new diabetic, I'm not supposed ro be eating those carbs- which is all they had for breakfast. I mentioned that fact, and the kitchen person said: "Well,power didn't come on til 8:15". (YES, I KNOW, I WAS HERE FOR IT ALL)! She continued: " By that point (8:15am), what was the point"? seriously? Breakfast runs until 9:30 am! Seems she could have had some hot breakfast ready. Maybe not the whole shebang, bit something- had effort been put into that. Those 15 cars in the parking lot at that hour, called your customers, ARE THE FRIGGING POINT! They say checkout is at 11am, which is also noted online. But there's a note on the back of the room door stating checkout os at 10am, with fees of $600 to 900$ if you leave late. Bathtub didn't hold water, phone in the room doesn't even work. I tried calling from the front desk with it to confirm checkout. Used my cell phone to confirm, no answer, some 50 rings later. Had they at least tried to provide a breakfast, this review would have been good. But the lack of frigging effort when there was room to do and try? Ya, no thankyou. Rather inconsiderate in my view.. This whole breakfast situation could have been turned into a win. Instead of saying, "Whats the point", I think the customer service win could have been a response of: well let me see... we have some fruit, I could quickly boil some eggs, we have bread for toast and bagels, etc.... Other than the kitchen lady's overall attitude about the situation, was a nice place to stay. But seriously, phones should work, as should tubs, and it seems those sticky notes on the back of the room door probably should be updated with current information, vs high dollar threats if one is not out of the room an hour earlier than actual checkout.

A gang of kids took over the floor my room was on and raised hell. I didn't sleep.

Stink bugs in room. Air conditioner didn't work. Only warm water in the shower. Water came up from sink with no water running. Flooded bathroom. Front desk at night was great. The general mgr laughed and said nothing he could do. Said I booked through Priceline which I did but they charged my card at hotel. What a joke.
