We go to at least 6 games a year and the park is sensational. Great backdrop to the city and the admission is cheap. Standing room only tickets are the best and the crowd size varies.
Top notch minor league stadium. Wasn’t a ton of parking and parts seem difficult to get to with road closures but the stadium was awesome. Loved the warehouse in left where we sat at the top in stools & watched the whole game.
Went on a Thursday afternoon and experienced almost a 2 hour rain delayed, although it literally rained for 5 minutes. Only stayed for about 5 innings as though out kid lost interest:( Easy entrance, with tickets costing around $25 with taxes/fees for section 10, row 15. Beautiful ballpark. Parking it appx $5-7 if you're willing to walk a block or two. Great views anywhere in the park. Clippers won 8-7.
Just drove home from what was declared a rainout. I understand you can’t control the weather but after paying $22 to park, I left the lot without even turning on my windshield wipers. Haven’t seen any rain in the last two hours and there was only a light drizzle while in the stadium. The game could have easily been played. If there is a rainout they don’t offer any refunds. You can use that ticket to get another for another game. Not too good for tourist only in town for a short time. If there is even a dark cloud in the sky, I would pass on seeing the Clippers. They don’t play in anything but perfect weather.
One of our favorite baseball parks. The skyline of Columbus is visible in the outfield and every seat offers a great view of the action. Prices are very reasonable -- had a hot dog, beer and bottled water for under $12. Fun place to enjoy good baseball. Plenty of parking nearby.
I dropped in to Huntington Park on a chilly opening weekend after my conference had concluded. Tickets are pretty cheap and I opted for a club level ticket a few rows up from home plate for about $19. The only benefits to the club level is a dedicated bar/food area and in-seat service. It was ok, but I could've sat anywhere and enjoyed the game just as much. They opened the gates 45 minutes before first pitch, which seemed a little late so keep that in mind. The field has a nice view of the city and is well maintained. Employees are quite friendly and helpful. They have an average food selection, but it seems like they often have deal days to make the basic offerings more appealing. Overall, this is a nice time out for fans of baseball. There is nothing in this park that has a wow-factor, but has everything you need for a good minor league experience.
We sat out in Right Field. Had our on personal chair! Not right on top of someone. The usher walking around was very friendly! It was $1 hot dog popcorn night. Very Enjoyable Evening!!
Saw a game this past weekend against the Iowa Cubs. Park is very open with good sight lines from any seat. Large outfield area for milling around. Good variety of concessions although the lines were a bit long. Cool place!
Located right next to Downtown Columbus, this is home to the Triple-A Columbus Clippers. The park itself is beautiful. Sight lines are good (minus the netting) park is well kept, and plenty of concessions. I wish they didn’t have netting around the field but sadly MLB is forcing all minor league parks to do this by 2025. Ticket costs are a shade higher than minor league parks, and they use TicketMaster if you purchase online, meaning a higher fee than usual. I walked from my hotel, so I don’t know how much parking is.
As far as minor league ballparks go, this is definitely one of the best that I've been to. The pieces of history on the concourse are a good touch that you won't see at other ballparks in the minors.
