No way am I giving this place anything less than a great review. The dance floor is always packed for a reason. The music, energy, and overall vibe make every visit feel like a special event.

Was a great time. It was college night, so a little crazy, but we had a great time on the patio with awesome DJs.

Unlike most of the negative reviews on here, I actually haven't ever had a bad experience when it comes to security or any of the staff. This one is about me, after years of seeing several of my favorite artists, finally having enough of the terrible sound system they have set up. If you're an average drunk clubgoer it probably sounds fine to you, but if you're someone who's an audiophile even in the slightest you'll probably be disappointed here. Their system gets loud... And that's about it. There is an incredible amount of detail that gets lost in the mids and highs, vocal samples are completely unintelligible and even when the DJ actually gets on the mic you can barely understand them. That's not even the worst of it though, the biggest problem is their bass. It seems like any frequencies below 45hz (at BEST) just don't hit at all. They are using Electro Voice mainly, and I'm relatively familiar with this brand and I would swear that the subs they've got SHOULD be more capable than this. My guess is the placement is the main issue. I can't tell you how disappointed I've been to hear some of the drops at this club... some of the tracks I've heard here literally hit harder in my car, which has a stock system! Crazy. Crazy that this club consistently books bass music artists that the sound system isn't capable of properly reproducing 90% of their work. Crazy that nobody else seems to notice or care. Hope this review finds the eyes of the true audiophiles of Jacksonville.
