What reviewers say

Visitors praise the hotel's convenient location for stadium events and its cleanliness, with some finding the rooms decent and the staff friendly. However, common complaints include issues with the breakfast offerings, with multiple reports of missing items, and frustratingly long check-in lines during busy periods. Some guests also noted room maintenance issues and strict check-in policies.

We loved our stay here. It's very clean for an older hotel. I love the style of the place and it was very affordable. Breakfast is decent, great proximity to the stadium for our work trip. They treated us really well, very accommodating. Cheap laundry and fresh towels.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Lady at the front had the WORST attitude. She needs to be fired immediately. Wouldn’t even tell us the pin the bathroom after a 12 hour road trip. Absolutely ridiculous and smelt horrible in here. Don’t stay unless ur cheap and want terrible service! :)

My family and I loved the place but they “stole”my underwear lol. You heard that right😂. After I washed my boxer, I left it on the drying rack in the bathroom. We went out for breakfast and when we returned, it was gone. I could not believe it. Out of everything? I’m not even upset but I’m just shocked. If they could take that, what else could they take if we hadn’t hidden out important things. The desk Manager was understanding and very helpful. I didn’t want anything back but I was hoping they follow up with me after this incident. Other than that, we loved everything about the place.

Surprisingly nice.hotel! Nice queen suite, clean room, and hotel. All was quiet in my hallway and each room next to me. Temps in the upper 80's and humidity is high. My AC went out checked in with my dog until my HVAC man fixed my AC

Excellent stay, which includes a full breakfast. The staff was very accommodating for my one service dog and one pet dog. The fee for the pet is only $25 and of course there is no fee for the service dog

This Hotel has Defrauded me by providing false information to myself, super.com and my payment processor. They have intended to steal a booking for $250 by not providing the proper cancelation documentation. I can't file a proper civil dispute because the amount they have stolen is under $500 so all I can do is tell you. Stay away unless you want to be nickeled-dimed by fees. These are heartless people who will scrape a profit by any means necessary. Don't come here if you are looking for a cheap room if you are down on your luck.
