Compass Community Center

Compass has run an LGBTQ+ community center in Lake Worth since 1992 and describes itself as the oldest continuously operating one in South Florida. The building at 201 N Dixie Hwy, a short walk north of Lake Avenue, houses HIV testing and case management, a sexual-health and PrEP clinic run with CAN Community Health, support groups, mental-health services, trans support and a youth program with a weekday afternoon drop-in. Compass also organizes Palm Beach Pride in Bryant Park each March. Listed hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 2pm to 6pm.
