The clubhouse is amazing - pool table, ping pong, tables, kitchen, workout room, couch, games, etc. The outdoor amenities are all well kept - pool, sauna, pickleball courts, playground, etc. The people working there are all so nice. My son has a tendency to leave stuff all over the site and on occasion left things in an empty site next to us when I wasn’t looking. When they called me about it, they were kind in their approach. There aren’t many trees but honestly that works for us to ensure good skies for Starlink since my husband works remote from the RV. The location is great - away from the interstate but easy access to everything. An hour to Park City, 30-40 mins to downtown, 15 min to lagoon, etc. We spent 5 weeks here as we travel fulltime right now and it has honestly been the best place we have stayed in the last year that we’ve been on the road. (Call for stays over 30 days so that they can set up your reservation accurately) If you are in a motorhome, definitely try to get one of the pull-in sites right by the clubhouse. It puts you right next to everything. To address some other comments we saw and were concerned about before coming: 1. The AFB is right up the road and yes, the planes are loud, but they are never flying outside of normal business hours (never before 8am and usually done before 5) but even then… it was sooo cool. On occasion we got our own air show with awesome stunts. My husband uses headphones for work calls and they were never an issue for him. No one ever knew planes were even flying overhead when he was on a call. 2. They are on a hill so the sites aren’t very level unless you are in a back in site on the edge, but even then, the sites are cement and nice. Just be prepared to have some blocking for one side of your rig to get level.

This RV park was amazing! It definitely exceeded our expectations. My family was in town for a conference and we were blown away by all the amenities, the cleanliness, and the location. The kids got a big kick out of the morning and evening trumpet calls since we were right next to the Air Force base. The jets flying overhead were so fun to watch. We can’t wait to come back next year to stay during the conference again!

Don’t be fooled. Pictures look nice but the spots are so sloped your stairs will dangle. We tried several times to figure out what could be done with our Rv (leg blocks, no leg block) nothing worked. We tried to put our 6” leg blocks under the stairs and they still didn’t touch those! Tight spots, lots of full timers some with older beat up rigs. This place offered no refund for our 4 night stay we booked when we had to leave as the spot was not workable.

My husband and I stayed the night at Valley View RV Resort. The spot was very spacious. The bathroom with the shower inside was very clean each time we used them. The dog area was very nice and well thought out. We have a 2 year old pup who has a lot of energy so we were able to burn it out there! One thing it’s missing is a dog washing area! Checking in and out on our phone was such a nice feature!

Nice place. Arrived late so we don't get in person check in. Easy to check in online. Had difficult getting into the bathrooms and laundry. Finally texted and got the code. Nice and clean. Bring quarters for laundry. There isn't a machine abalone after hours.
