About this place Wynwood Art

Wynwood Art is a cruising area right in Miami Beach's Wynwood, a neighborhood that feels like South Florida’s art scene packed onto a few blocks. It pulls in gay men and other LGBTQ+ visitors, people who like their socializing with a side of street art. Think of it less as a bar, more like a public square where people just… hang out. You walk around, check out the murals and galleries, and see who else is out. There's usually a good crowd, locals and tourists mixed together, and the whole place often feels like it's humming. Wynwood also hosts different LGBTQ+ events through the year, so it's worth a look if you’re in town. The address, 2219 Northwest 2nd Avenue, drops you right in the thick of it. You’re outside, on the street, taking in all the color and energy. It’s Miami, sure, but it’s a specific kind of Miami: art-focused, community-minded, and very much its own thing.

We came here on a walking tour as part of an overall tour of Miami highlights. Plenty of walls to see on every street. There were obviously many talented artists involved. Stop into the cafes or shops for more to see.

One of the few free things in Miami, not to mention the only one. There is a museum that offers activities, clear payment, but the walk through the streets is cool, there are many shops and small food places with very good looks. Recommended

Great safe art district to walk around. I visited Wynwood Walks and then walked around the hour which was awesome to absorb the street art!

Miami’s creative and cultural hub!  Once a collection of warehouses, that has now been transformed in recent years into one of the world’s hippest hangouts.  Full of eclectic restaurants, bars and shops, Wynwood also offers visitors countless opportunities to enjoy the best of international contemporary art, whether in galleries or simply on the street, where colourful murals make it a go-to place for Instagrammers.  Hip and funky!  No trip to Wynwood is complete, without a visit to Wynwood Walls.

I think I might be missing out on this street art district a little bit because of fatigue. I saw nothing exceptional except a few frescoes and the neighborhood looks bad. Maybe to do it again with more time.

It is an option to see urban art on the walls of the City, familiar, safe and full of nice things, I recommend not going when there is a lot Heat as if it hits hard and makes you tired one more

The neighborhood is all colorful, which leaves an astral very cool. There are several buildings, even residential with art or just colors. The restaurants and shops are also colorful and/or with some art. It is a walk to get lost, and already worth it, even without entering galleries or paid spaces to appreciate, especially on a day with mild temperature and no rain.

Interesting walk to discover street art. Unfortunately, the museum was closed, but still we got the idea.

Must-see neighborhood in Miami. In every street, on every wall, you let yourself be surprised by a new work. Discover the different artists for the greatest pleasure of everyone of all ages.
