Queer Trauma Support Group
Facilitated by an LGBTQIA+ Certified Peer Support Specialist & Mental Health Practitioner
Are you navigating the impact of trauma, identity struggles, family rejection, religious harm, or difficult life experiences? You’re not alone.
This peer-led support group offers a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to connect, process, and heal together. Facilitated by a Certified Peer Support Specialist and mental health practitioner with lived experience, this group centers compassion, community, and mutual support.
Together, we may explore topics such as:
• Generational trauma
• Domestic and familial trauma
• Religious trauma
• Cultural trauma
• Identity, self-worth, and healing
Whether you are newly beginning your healing journey or have been navigating it for years, you are welcome here.
Join us the 1st Saturday of each month from 11 AM–1 PM at Quatrefoil Library.
