About the venue
Frankie J's opened in early 2023 in a 1910 house at 1314 6th Avenue North in Germantown and calls itself a neighbourhood queer bar. It's 21 and over, serves Mexican comfort food and has Frothy Monkey coffee, with brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am…
“We were visiting from Chicagoland and everyone here was so beyond friendly and welcoming!! 10/10 would go back here and fully plan to when we come back!! They are also super active in their community and it was just nice to see so much good coming from a local business!!” — Christopher Konopasek, Google
“Jay was fantastic, super local place in an old historic house really made us feel at home. All the places nearby were way loud for a Saturday afternoon. Come here if you want a proper cocktail in a great, local atmosphere. Really felt at home here, like a local corner bar.” — Rob Hirschmann, Google
