We loved the ranch and animals the most! Location is beautiful. The rooms was great overall but the big downfall was the uncomfortable bed. Squeaky and not comfortable. Service. The front check in ladies were nice. The restaurant female was not very welcoming toward us so we decided not to eat dinner and went down to the closest restaurant. Her face and expression felt we were not too welcome or maybe she was tired with the event going on.

So my Fiance and I decided to book this place for our honeymoon! We booked and realized we had no one to watch our pets. So we had to cancel our reservation. I do believe it’s important to note that the reservation was made and cancelled within an hour timeline. They are refusing to refund in full. A 390 booking and they are keeping $180 as a partial refund. This is so far beyond morally messed up. I guess this company is so broke that they’d rather keep money from a newly married couple who struggle for money and just trying to enjoy our honeymoon. These people are thieves and could care less. If there is a manager reading this now, do the right thing and give us our money back and I’ll happily remove the review. We both know this is wrong and you’re stealing our money.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Especially Megan, as she called to be sure we were on our way as we were arriving later than we planned. Fun grounds to walk around and visit various animals, horses, puppies, bison, chickens and friendly roosters. Did not have opportunity to experience the nice restaurant due to our travel schedule.

The restaurant isn’t what it used the be. Only three choices and only one was buffalo. Crazy!
