Hampton Inn & Suites Orem

It was very difficult getting in and out from this hotel to the area with restaurants and also hairy getting back to the midway. It is aging as shown in one of the photos. The barn door to the bathroom saves space, but does not muffle the sound of the shower ot toilet. The coffeemaker lives on a shelf below the TV and has to be used on the desk. Also where the ice bucket is leaving little room for use. The closet and luggage rack are in the room. Breakfast was typical, but no plain eggs - only Denver Omeletes with green peppers. The waffle maker is usually my go to, but the batter was berry flavored for the 4th of July weekend. Not the best or worst stay we've had on this trip.

I recently stayed here while attending a conference at UVU last week. The staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next visit.

Not bad, but not the best.

I just wanted to write a review about how amazing my stay was there, made especially possible by the Activities Director Adam. He was incredibly kind and so caring; provided probably the best customer service I have ever received. I cannot thank him enough for helping my husband and I out when we stayed there under very unfortunate circumstances.
