Four Points by Sheraton Peoria
Some visitors found the staff, particularly Samantha and her team, to be attentive and polite, and enjoyed the pool area with its hot tub and splash pad. However, many guests reported significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and bugs, as well as a lack of hot water and general disrepair throughout the hotel.

Greated by very fast and friendly staff. The hotel was very clean in the lobby and hallways. The room was clean and smelled very nice upon entrance.
I stop in and get sodas.
We called ahead to make sure they were ready for a large group and they said everything was set up. Got there, it took 1.5 hours to get us our room keys and then they told us the wrong stairs to go up to our rooms. Other guests were also upset by the service, some getting the wrong room keys!!
Don''t stay here. Don't even think about it.
Surprisingly nice very affordable
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. The room was dirty, the sink was clogged and drained very slowly, and the toilet seat was broken. These issues should have been noticed and repaired before the room was given to guests. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool area, but that was also a major disappointment. The door leading to the pool was not functioning properly, and when we asked about it, a staff member informed us that none of the pool doors were working. On top of all that, when we turned the shower on the water came out brown. This created both an inconvenience and a potential safety concern. Additionally, the kiddie pool/play area was not working, which was very frustrating for families with young children who were expecting to use those amenities. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained, and many of the advertised amenities were either broken or unavailable. For the price paid, I expected a clean room and functional facilities. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
