hey did you know if you offer a prize or a gift over the radio like you did with those Kiss me in the Park vouchers, which had an expiration date, it's illegal to decide not to honor it? you see Illinois has a law called the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act and the Prizes and Gifts Act. so refusing to honor those coupons that you offered as prizes is extremely illegal. I hope you realize you're going to get a call from the state attorney general unless you make this right. what do you think you're doing, breaking Illinois law? why are you offering gifts and prizes and then refusing to honor it? That's literally deceptive business practice and written right into Illinois law as deceptive business practice. I think everybody should consider this kind of behavior before deciding to stay at your facility. because if you're doing this level of deceptive business practice just over prizes and gifts you offered for a promotion, people should know that there stay right end up a nightmare for them because you don't feel like you need to follow the law. oh and by the way, you refusing to honor that means you're going to owe everyone twice as much and attorney's fees. good luck! maybe follow the law next time. and find a therapist because this behavior is really off the wall dysfunctional.

This company scammed my son and wife out of a promotion they partnered with 98.5 kiss fm for. They were charged full rate for the room without telling them, after they were told they would only have a hold for incidentals. They said they could not validate the certificate they handed out, then said they were no longer honoring them. They also had an out of state "task force manager" threaten me with harassment charges if I didn't stop calling to resolve the issue. They will not let you reach the general manager, and every single manager on staff has lied and misled us on the resolution. Do NOT book your wedding, event or a hotel stay here. Dishonest through the whole company

They dont honor their awards & promises.

We booked a room for the weekend, we show up at 2 am from a 8 hour drive to a very strong strange smell from the lobby. A kind man gave checked us in and gave us our room key, we go up to the room provided to it being uncleaned. We go back down to let them know and they give us another room. We proceed back up the elevator down a long hall to find a room with feint strange music playing and a flower in a water bottle outside the door. We proceed back down to the lobby to cancel our reservations.

If you are being forced to stay overnight in Peoria, I would recommend checking out a homeless shelter before recommending this hotel. The service at check in was AWFUL. The girl was outright rude and made me feel like checking in was interrupting her in the worst way. I got to my room, and there was dried blood on the sheet. I called down to the lobby to ask for a new room and she said, “we are sold out but the bed is probably clean it’s just that blood is really hard to get out of stuff.” And then she hung up on me. Then, when I turned on the shower door the water was cloudy and yellowish and smelled like rotten eggs. That was the last straw, I packed up my stuff, told them to cancel the room and then drove to Normal to stay in a hotel there. I was told the charges would go back and that the room was cancelled. Now, I am being sent through a nightmare of “no that’s not me call this number” because the girl did NOT cancel my stay and instead booked another night so I was charged double. When I stayed here in 2024 it was a dream. I don’t know if there are new owners or managers but the place is an absolute dump.

I was here for a conference and the entire downstairs smelled bad. Like spongy, sweaty feet. I also was trying to find some refreshments since we had ordered coffee service but it wasn’t set up yet and the front desk person never removed her ear buds and was literally standing at the counter scrolling through TikTok and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I could get a cup for coffee. She never even responded. Also, hire private security if you stay here because they just allow the transient population to lounge about in their lobby and don’t make any effort to prevent them from basically harassing people walking out the door for money.

This hotel is substandard, at best. Don't expect to get clean towels, a microwave, room cleaning or a change of sheets for your bed. We came for a conference and the only report we received for the restaurant is service is very slow. When we asked for towels, we were told they had ran out- how ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Positive: staff was very friendly . Negative: rooms were absolutely disgusting. Dirty, smell horrible, nasty! Hotel is just dingy and gross. Shower kept turning off, didn’t have hot water most the time. Breakfast was not good at all. Definitely do not recommend at all! Waste of $$$$

Late night Booking. Hotel is not new as their website states. Room 933 didn’t have a shower curtain. Hotel carpets are worn and needs repair. Entire hotel is old. Ac turns off at 2 am, so hiot and stuffy. Parking garage is sketchy with - crumbling ceiling cement and not a safe area. Don’t stay.

I stayed here the weekend of 6/13/26 Bed is dirty!!! Has stains all over the bed and doesn’t have sheets that fit the king size bed. There was insects in my bed I had to kill. extremely slow and unresponsive customer service. They have employees who are not equipped to run this establishment. I added a photo of a big reddish/orange stain covering the bed. Stay somewhere for better price. And headache. Best western in Morton 15m down the highway. All new Renovated rooms plus breakfast and employees who actually do their job.
