We had a fantastic stay at the Inn. The owner was so accommodating and helpful and the rooms were beautifully well kept. It was the ideal location for our large group.

Renters beware. I read your response to my review and I am very disappointed in your response. I would like to know what inaccuracies I provided to you? You also failed to mention the time when you called me to verify and accepted and took my money for what you normally do not do. I have filed a complaint with Vrbo. My goal is to get your listing taken down.

I booked the Governor’s Inn “The Sandhills” for my team of 12 for an overnight meeting. IT WAS EXCELLENT! The meeting room table was perfect as it provided a large but intimate space for our group to engage in healthy and open discussions. After the meeting, the space upstairs was perfect for our group to cook and have a wonderful dinner. The rooms were awesome. Beds were great and having a temperature control for every room was a first. Each room was able to tailor the room temp to their liking. All in all, it was a perfect setting for our group of 12 offering a more inviting space that you just don’t get at a hotel. The views of the golf course off the back porch are beautiful, relaxing and tranquil. There was also a walking trail of the stunning grounds. Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with. I definitely see our group staying here again and again.

I recommend the inn with confidence because of its excellent health and safety: each inn room has its own air conditioning system, outdoor private entrance, mini fridge, TV, and bathroom including tub and shower. The inn owner, Karen, maintains the property well and responds quickly to guests’ needs. In addition to safety and comfort, the golf course surroundings are beautiful, complete with a wraparound porch. I highly recommend the Inn at Governor’s Club, especially for a time when health and safety are paramount.
