Great experience! Clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic time alternating with the cold shower/cold plunge and hot saunas. Nice snacks and tea. Great ambiance.

Just visited with two friends and we all absolutely loved everything about this. The amenities, the thoughtful attention to detail, the professional and skilled staff. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience.

Treated myself to a spa session and the venik experience. The best experience at a spa I have ever had. I first enjoyed the seam room & sauna, spent time outside in the barrel hot tub & cold plunge. There was a fireplace & table full of tea, dried fruits, lemon water & Russian candies. The venik (branch whisking) was relaxing & intentional. The woman working there had a kindness and hospitality that radiated through. After venik she guided me outside to do cold + hot cycle rotations in the hot water & cold plunge. Making sure I was drinking enough water & gently encouraging me as I braved the cold water. The session ended with her placing me by the fire place cradled in blankets & towels. She brought me tea & dried fruits. It was a beautiful experience. I can’t wait to come back solo, with my husband & with friends. I ❤️ Bear Banya!

I would highly recommend this place. It's super clean. Which is very important when you talk about public places. The facilities themselves have everything you need to relax: sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, cold plunge, cold shower, table with comfortable chairs and lounging place with blankets. The massage was A+ and the owner is super friendly and helpful. I also loved the herbal tea and healthy snacks that are included. The only complaint is I wish I had more time. Definitely coming back with my girlfriends and my hubby.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We went for the couples retreat and it was the best spa experience we’ve ever had. When you book it, you reserve the entire spa - we added 30 minutes to the massage so we had the entire spa to ourselves for 3 hours: the environment is so relaxing - the steam room, sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, and fireplace are so beautiful. They also give you vegan snacks - fruit and jams and tea that is absolutely delicious. They gave us the best massage we’ve ever had - if you’re thinking about booking, just do it. My only regret is not living in Portland - otherwise I’d come at least 3x per year!

Finally got to visit this place yesterday..... Guys.... Wow, amazing, everything made with such a good taste and high quality. Definitely five star to that place. The only thing was missing , is black caviar and champagne 🤣.

Highly highly recommend! My boyfriend and I have done the couples escape package twice now, and both times we've been lucky enough to see Mike behind the desk. The space is beautiful, the snacks are tasty, the service is impeccable. If you're a fan of hot/cold, I suggest the venik ritual. It leaves you feeling totally blissed out and I've never done anything quite like it! I can't say enough good things, just go and try it out :) a real East Portland gem!
