The Post Office Cafe & Cabaret on Commercial Street is a long-standing Provincetown venue: a casual cafe and bar at street level, with an intimate cabaret room upstairs. In summer the cabaret runs a rotating line-up of drag revues, comedy and live music, including dinner-and-show nights, and the drag brunch is one of the busiest in town. Downstairs works well for a drink and people-watching in the middle of town. Shows are seasonal and sell out in peak weeks such as Carnival, so book tickets ahead.
