About the event

Begin your day with an infusion of mindful energy high On The Hill. Back for its second season, Meditation On The Hill offers a peaceful, guided outdoor experience led by beloved local teacher Kathe Izzo. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Provincetown Harbor, this offering welcomes participants of all levels. Take time to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect, both within yourself and with the natural beauty surrounding you. Each session is followed by optional time for gentle reflection and shared conversation. In the event of inclement weather, sessions will still take place outdoors under the clear tent. Tuesdays | 8:30–9:30 AM July 7 & 21 · August 4 & 18 · September 1 $20 per class $10 for PMPM Members yet another great reason to become a member, or to make the most of your current PMPM membership. You can just show up (between 8:15-8:25am) to take class, but if you know you’re coming, please let us know at info@pilgrim-monument.org Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or cushion. Don’t have one with you? Don’t let that deter you—extra blankets will be available. You may also wish to bring a hat or visor, sunglasses, and SPF if you’re sensitive to sun exposure. Learn to access the peace that already resides within you. Whether you are on vacation or working hard this summer, meditation allows you to move through your day with more ease, relaxation, and space.
