Over 60 minutes, waves of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, rattles, and gong wash over you in a continuous, immersive sound journey. No postures, no movement, no effort. Just you, the floor, and layers of sound designed to dissolve tension and drop you into deep rest. No experience needed.
