What reviewers say
Visitors praise Sparkys Pub for its fun atmosphere, good music, and friendly bartenders, with some enjoying the laid-back vibe on Sundays and others appreciating the inclusive environment. However, some guests have had negative experiences with management and found the DJ's music not to their taste, suggesting it's a good spot for drinks and conversation rather than dancing. There are also mentions of issues with the unisex restrooms.

About this place Sparky's Pub
Sparky's is a gay pub on North Main Avenue in Tobin Hill, part of the short strip of gay bars just north of downtown San Antonio. It's a relaxed bar with music and a regular local crowd, more for drinks and conversation than dancing.
It's listed as open every day from 3pm to 2am, and it gets busiest late on weekends when people move between the bars on the strip. The neighbouring bars are within a block, so walking between them is easy.
