HATHA FOUNDATIONS NAKED YOGA at Healing Space Ocean Beach

Hatha Foundations is a steady, grounding yoga practice centered on clarity, choice, and nervous system awareness. These classes emphasize foundational postures, breath-led movement, and intentional pacing to support strength, stability, and embodied presence.
Practices may move more slowly, with increased time spent in fewer postures. Clear alignment cues and multiple options are offered to support a wide range of bodies, experience levels, and capacities. This approach is supportive for newer students as well as experienced practitioners who are seeking a more grounded, sustainable relationship with practice.
In this season, particular attention is given to joint preparation, steady standing work, and gradual integration toward the floor. Over time, classes may include warrior sequencing, balance work, and heart-opening postures — always approached with steadiness and respect for individual pacing.
Rest is always welcome. Modifications are encouraged. Classes typically close with a quiet śavāsana, allowing time for integration and settling.

Classes this month follow a consistent weekly rhythm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Evening start times remain at 8:15 PM, offering space to arrive after the workday without rushing.
