Bought a pair of shoes here and my salesperson was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed or pressured 🙂

Do not trust the guidance from this high pressure show used car establishment. Wanting to support my local shoe shops I went to buy some brand new Hokas and was excited to own a pair. I somehow got convinced I should be wearing a 10.5 instead of the size 8 I’ve been wearing for 40 years. Yes, I take responsibility for believing and buying these. But imagine trying to run with clown shoes or maybe swim flipper and that’s the sensation I experience with my West Seattle Runner Hokas. I would go somewhere to get fitted correctly.

Great local running store. I feel comfortable just popping in to ask for advice. I always buy my running shoes here.

Isaac did a great job helping me assess my shoe fit and making me feel comfortable in the store. I'm glad I was able to find a stable shoe ready for my embarking on a new running habit, and he was able to help insert my orthotic inserts! I'm glad I was able to find the right size and style.

We love our local running store! We bought a pair of running shoes for my 14 year old son that after a few runs unfortunately gave him blisters. We brought the shoes back looking for advice on how to heal the blister. Both the sales associate (Isaac) and owner (Lori) took time to try and figure out why the shoes had given my son blisters. After examing the shoes and asking my son questions, it was determined that he was getting a new pair of shoes. I really appreciated the time, patience and kindness Lori and Isaac put into talking to my son and fitting him for new shoes.

Tim, the owner, was SO kind and helpful! My husband and I came in for sizing and gait analysis for walking shoes, and he was quick, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. We are so grateful!

They have the best brands and the best models of those brands. The staff is very knowledgeable about finding the proper running shoes.

They have a great collection of shoes- best model of the best brands. And excellent service too, I was assisted by Dirke and unlike those stores at the big malls, he was actually knowledgeable about shoes and knew how to best guide me to find a suitable running shoe with tons of patience. I ended up buying elsewhere just because I wanted a different color than the one they had in stock…
