Hilton Motif Seattle

We spent a lovely afternoon on the roof at Frolik and our server Michelle was incredible! We had a very large group and she handled all our drinks and food like the professional she is. We will definitely be back!!

Great hotel with a prime location. Tons of things do to around the property, close to the convention center and good shopping plus the Freya coffee place across the street is awesome. Spencer really made our stay at check in and we were really impressed with the service throughout. 3x we'd like to see on our next stay - smart tv's we can stream shows on, a nespresso machine in higher end rooms, and a gym with a free weight barbell (or heavier dumbells). Would come back!

A/C is terrible. Shower leaked. Only 3 towels for 4 guests.

Stayed here for 3 nights mid May before our cruise out of Seattle. Very pleasant experience we had with family of various ages. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Travis on reception and Steven in the restaurant.

My wife and i came for a company event on the patio. We went to the bar area in Frolik first. We had some drinks and snacks. The flat bread and fries were good and the widow Jane old fashion was amazing. Megan was our bartender and she took really good care of us. She even remembered hours later when I came back what it was for. The rooms are nice and comfy. They could use just a bit more lighting. Just went again last Saturday for a company event. Megan took great care of my wife and I. My wife and espresso martini. She really enjoyed it. I had a campfire old fashion. I really enjoyed mine as well. We ordered some of the peppers dish on the happy hour. Wow, they were amazing as well. I hope you keep taking care of Megan. She really knows her stuff.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. The service from everyone except Mohammed (I think is his name) but his name badge definitely said he was from Afghanistan. The moment we checked in, he didn’t give us a room on a high floor with a view that I paid for including breakfast. He immediately said a room on the 6th floor was available. I asked if that was the room I selected and paid for. To which he said the room on the 8th floor hadn’t been cleaned yet. Me, still Leary of his overall demeanor and lack of customer service agreed to see that room. We immediately didn’t like it…not on a high floor and all we saw was a garage or some sort of eye sore. We immediately returned to the on where one your assistant manager’s assisted us. After I explained to him that we don’t like the room given because that’s it what I selected when purchased….in minutes he was able to give us “the room” I purchased on the 18th floor. A room on a high floor with a view. Loved it. So, why couldn’t Mohammed do the same. He didn’t look past the 8th floor room that hadn’t been cleaned. Next, Mohammed started explaining the $15 daily credit, WiFi information but (I feel conveniently) forgot about our daily breakfast vouchers until I mentioned it to him. So he looks at his computer screen and says “oh yeah” then proceeded to write the vouchers. Next, he mention that the room was paid for but would need a credit card for taxes and daily room charge $25. The problem here is, he placed a hold on my credit card for $1,125.01 as if we hadn’t paid for the room already. Later, I asked another person working why so much was held when the room was already paid for. She looked and said the only thing I can say is it was a mistake. I just replied with ok but my thought was Mohammed strikes again. Fast forward to a few hours later the same day 5/25/27. We purchase items from the store with our $15 daily credit. When I looked at the summary on our TV, why is the purchase transaction dated Sunday, 5/24/27 when we’re still home in NC?! While I tried not to look at this in a negative light, I couldn’t help but do so. Everything Mohammed did or touched when it came to us was no effort or wrong. I have never experienced this from “any” hotel and while I didn’t purchase room directly through Hilton, I am a Hilton member. His service was absolutely terrible. Maybe additional training is needed. Just not happy at all from the very start. We are still here and checked-in with mate checkout. I can’t wait to see what my check out process will be like. I would normally do Express check out but due so everything stated above. I need a printed itemized receipt to make sure all the charges are correct despite what I see on the tv summary.
