Studio 6 Suites Stockton, CA – Waterfront

We travel from one end of state to the other and instead of trying to do it in one shot we now stop halfway, this is our fifth time at Studio 6. It is always very clean with modern amenities and affordable.

The woman that registered me in was very pleasant and professional. The I entered the floor was unswepted when I arrived nor was it swept the next day. I had to request a broom and sweep it myself. The rubber casing on the shower door was so detached I couldn't take a shower without flooding the floor. The towels that I used weren't replaced. The bedding was so thin it was almost nonexistent. When asked how my stay was during checkout, I told the clerk everything. I was treated as though I was a liar. Her tone and demeanor became defensive. I told her I was not seeking a discount or a refund and that I felt that was why she was acting so hostile; instead of being concerned about the service that I received . She proceeded to tell me to leave while waving me out with her hands. I will never ever stay at this establishment again. As a Foundational Black American, a Black Nonimigrant American, from this day forward if my people don't own it, run it or work at any hotel, motel, Holiday Inn--I won't be staying there!!!

When I stay at a hotel I always choose this one mainly because of the staff...The husband and wife are awesome!

The location was central to everything I needed. The room was clean and large for a wheelchair (not that I needed a wheelchair) but the extra room for mobility was nice. The suites are relatively quiet and the street mostly clear even in "rush hour". There's a convenience store like in the lobby and items are reasonably priced. The service was excellent and very attentive. I would concider staying again.

THEY STOLE $100 FROM MY CARD WHEN I WASNT EVEN STAYING THERE ANYMORE AND THEY DIDNT EVEN RETURN MY $100 DEPOSIT, SO THEY LITERALLY STOLE $200 FROM ME !!!!
