Central Tacoma Homestay -private room-

The hosts went out of their way to help us, loaning umbrellas and making bacon and eggs for our breakfast, for example. I enjoyed the friendly cats. Everything was perfectly clean, attractive, and comfortable. Easy street parking.

My second stay for 9 days, amazing just like home! Clean safe and secure. Our hosts, Connor and Dale, were friendly and helpful. Nice relaxed place to come home to at the end of the day and cook and eat dinner in a lovely kitchen. We will definitely go back again

We had a great time! Our room was clean and came with all kinds of thoughtful touches. Breakfast included is a great bonus. Made our weekend at the convention center so easy! A beautiful and safe location, but still close to all the downtown amenities. We loved our kitty visitors as well, made us feel at home 🩷. Hosts were amazing, we would definitely stay again!

Stayed over the weekend and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if you’re staying In Tacoma .

Couldn’t Utilize My Stay (Not My Fault) - No Refund or Replacement - Buyer Beware Asked Me to Delete Honest Review Booked a trip through Hopper. Arrived at the location, and didn’t have any information like key pad or other info to get in. Tried to call the owner for over a half hour, heard nothing. I was exhausted and it was getting late so we had to get a car to a different hotel and stay there. I left a review on my experience, and suddenly the owner reaches out. He starts blowing up my phone accusing me of not replying to his previous messages, those of which I never received. He wouldn’t give me a refund, but said next time I was here to let him know and I could utilize my nights then. He also asked me to delete my review since we’d resolved things which I did. When I followed up to cash in on his promise, he ghosted me. Awful experience.

It's the closest to being at home you can get. Everything l and anything you could possibly want or need is readily available for your use. Pristine describes the room we stayed in. Immaculately furnished and stocked with toiletries for use of needed. Appreciate their hospitality and how they put so much care into ensuring you have the most pleasant stay possible. We had a wonderful time. The residence was exceptional. Butler cats were sweet. Incredible hosts with a lovely place. We will be back.

Room was great, easy check-in and check-out, hosts were super nice, and one of the cats hung out with me for a while, which is a bonus!

My husband and I stayed one night, in the Mt. rainier bedroom. The location is great, the house is organized, and the room we stayed in was clean. In the house rule binder it says quiet time is at 11pm. That was not the case! Someone upstairs was not being considerate of us sleeping down stairs. They had three cats but the sound of cats walking/running sounds different than a person running and stomping up and down the stairs. It kept us up, so that is why I am giving a 3 star. If the owners see this post today, hopefully they can talk to the person sleeping right above the rainier room, that they need to be mindful of people downstairs.
