Worst hotel in Tucson. Me & my wife booked a room for our wedding and their systems went down last minute as my wife was gonna get ready there right before our wedding. The manager hasn’t contacted me back to compensate us for the inconvenience. This hotel and the staff have horrible customer service.

Lucked up on this find with a great location to downtown for a quick layover trip. The staff was completely accommodating with my early arrival, room change and suggestions around town for activities/eateries. They also have great amenities, even though the pool is small, it's nice to catch a glimpse of the sunset out there. I love that they have ample seating around the facility and have a bar that has happy hour. They are also connected to the convention center so that can add traffic if occupied at the same time. I forgot to get my cookie, but Starbucks provided plenty of sniff tests when entering/exiting.

Great Hotel. Loved the room. Unfortunately, the service at the front desk was probably the slowest I have ever experienced. One person at all times up there trying to do all the check-ins, calls, and snack check out. Waited for 30 minutes to check in and then 20 minutes just to buy a candy bar.

Had an excellent experience staying here! Rare opportunity to stay in a hotel that actually has an espresso machine. The restaurant in the hotel is great, had multiple meals here and all were good. There are also some good specialty coffee shops within walking distance, and some other good restaurants. Will definitely stay here again, covers all the bases and more.
