Tucson Marriott University Park

I have never known of a hotel not to have a pool, and the website advertise they do! And no where does it say they do not have a pool, this is Tucson az are you kidding! They said they had one at one time but got rid of it 5 years ago? I will never recommend or stay here again, very misleading and uninformative.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. DiLullo, Mr. Patino, Ms. Lilianna, and Ms. Lucinda. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a lasting impression on me. If you ever experience any concerns during your stay, you can trust that they will do everything within their ability to make you feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. It is because of their outstanding service and dedication that I can wholeheartedly recommend this Marriott hotel to anyone visiting the area. They truly exemplify exceptional hospitality, and I am deeply thankful for everything they did to make my stay such a positive experience. So many good restaurants and shops in walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. First time staying in Tucson and I feel like I made the best choice possible.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the service I received was excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Amazing views

Hotel is right next to entrance to Arizona University main attraction. One block away from the city trolly that connects to downtown and many resuturants near by and had friedly hotel staff. Lounge was located at 9th fl that gave good view. Room had small balcony which had nice view from the hotel. The evening snack was decent.

I had a great stay at this hotel. A special thank you to Ismael, who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional. His positive attitude really made a difference during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again. Nice, clean. Staff friendly.

Room was clean, except for the bathroom condition. Shower leaked and TP roll holder busted and the general state looked rough. Hosts are friendly.
