Cobalt is an amazing apartment and community and Kacey and the Helio team make it happen! I've been here about 1 month and have experienced a fluid move-in process and have had every issue addressed by their world-class maintenance team almost immediately. Love the renovations to the building and units. Even joined in time for a community Cinco de Mayo party with bomb food and great company. Highly recommend looking at Cobalt if you're looking to move!
Cobalt is the best luxury building ive lived in. Kacey is an amazing property manager 🐐.
We moved from out of state, found Cobalt online, and it was even better than expected! Location's great, amenities are great, people are great. Was a bit concerned about the timing of our movers, but Kacey was super friendly & extremely helpful throughout the process, and ensured we had everything we need (even to this day!) Highly recommended.
Cobalt is a great location and has top flight amenities. What made our stay awesome though is the property manager Kacey. He is so easy to work with and has such a friendly positive attitude. Super responsive and nothing goes unnoticed. Maintenance team is also awesome and the turnaround time on any repairs is extremely fast.
Cobalt is a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend! The apartments have beautiful and thoughtful fixtures as well as the gym and pool amenities- But what truly sets this property apart for me is Kacey managing this property. I have never felt so seen and cared for by a property manager in all my time living in LA for over a decade- Kacey makes this apartment a home. He goes above and beyond each and every single day to ensure that every resident has what we need. His level of genuine care and passion for taking care of me has made all the difference in my experience living here. He has incredible attention to detail from replacing a mail key for me to updating larger maintenance requests and parking- he truly never misses a beat. His dedication and white-glove concierge service speaks to his level of professionalism for what he does. On top of that, he has an INCREDIBLE attitude while handling the list of responsibilities that he has and is always improving the property. We even have internet in the parking garages now! All thanks to Kacey and his hard work-
I lived at the Cobalt for almost 2.5 years and really enjoyed my time there! The apartment layout was unique and set itself apart from most other buildings I looked at. My experience was ok for the first year, but definitely improved once Helio took over and Kacey, Erick and the rest of the team came on board. Kacey is unlike any other property manager that I've interacted with. He's someone that genuinely cares about making the place you call home run as efficiently as possible and addresses any questions or concerns you may have. He's quick to respond and goes out of his way to elevate your living experience through community events and continuing to make improvements on the property. Erick and his team were also extremely efficient any time I had any maintenance requests. The turnaround time was incredibly fast compared to the previous owners, and probably the quickest of any other property I've lived at in LA over the last 7 years. Overall, the team was very friendly and welcomed my pup that needed to say hi to the whole staff every morning. Definitely a great way to start our day. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable calling Cobalt home!
