I currently do not live here but would have applied if they have availability closer to my current lease ending. 10 stars for working with John The property was very spacious, with generous square footage on some studio models (720+ sq ft). Loved the way the apartments were finished (closets and bathrooms especially) and John gave me a very good impression of Helio overall as a management company. He was incredibly knowledgeable and candid with information about the area and the properties. Amenities looked top tier, and location was quite convenient for daily tasks.

I had a tour on a Sunday and was impressed by the excellent customer service of leasing agent Jonathan. He was patient, polite and knowledgeable. Easton Alexeyev is a jewel. She was kind, very helpful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She deserves the best.

OK, I barely write reviews for anything, but Kacey at Cobalt Apartments has *completely* changed my experience living here. I truly can’t say enough good things about him and have not had a property manager experience as good as this—ever. When I moved in earlier this year, things were fine, but ever since Kacey took over, it feels like this place has leveled up in literally every way... He’s organized, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure residents are happy. In a short time, he’s taken this place to a whole new level—not just in how it’s run, but in how it feels to live here. Maintenance requests? Handled fast. Parking? Way more efficient. He also goes above and beyond to organize thoughtful touches like holiday parties which makes the community feel more connected and less like strangers. He’s also overseeing renovations, and they look stunning. Every update—like the heated pool—just makes living here feel more elevated. BUT more than anything else, what really sets Kacey apart is his attitude. He’s always approachable, always smiling, and never makes you feel like an inconvenience—SO NICE after several experiences of grumpy property managers lol. When I moved in, I had a few last-minute issues, and he helped me out fast... Even something small, like replacing the batteries for my garage key, he handled quickly and with the same care as if it were a bigger issue. Living here legit feels like a dream now, and a huge part of that is because of Kacey. His dedication and hard work have transformed this place into somewhere I genuinely love calling home... Now I need Kacey to come to come manage every apartment I live in forevermore lol

Can someone do rounds in the parking lot, i see too many people using handicap parking with no placards, when theres people that need those spots for access!

I had a great time staying at Cobalt – it really felt like home. The community was awesome and respectful, contributing to an amazing living experience overall. The management was always responsive, and all maintenance requests were dealt with promptly – they were very attentive. Additionally, the location is great, situated in close proximity to downtown Culver which provided numerous dining options. While it's time for me to move on to a new chapter, I will undoubtedly miss my time here. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking attentive management, nice amenities, a friendly community, and a convenient location.

Clean & Quiet

DO NOT RENT HERE! The building itself is new and clean in a great area but the high prices are not worth living here. Management is slow to respond to any concern, complaint or anything to be honest. Nothing will get done on time or when needed. Multiple issues occur here...no hot water, power outages, ev stations not working and the list goes on. Apartments are nice but poorly constructed because you can hear upstairs neighbors walking around. Garage is open 24/7. Gates don't work so anyone can come in and potentially get into the building. On-Site Manager is not helpful at all. The area has a ton of buildings for rent and some are quite new. I'd check those out then renting here.

Brand new construction in the heart of Culver City. Great amenities and resort style pool area. New appliances and finishes in modern looking apartments. Great for the adventurous types.
