CAPITAL TRANS PRIDE 2016

Capital Trans Pride is an annual event in Washington DC, bringing together members, supporters, family, and friends of the transgender community. It’s part of the city’s larger Pride calendar, but this one carves out its own space specifically for trans people and their allies to gather, to be seen, and to stand together. DC has a lot going on for LGBTQ+ folks, with various groups and events year-round. But Trans Pride makes sure the transgender community is front and center.
