Pub on the Drive

We had to ASK for menus. We had to ASK to order. The bartenders showed us no attention . If we like our drinks? if we wanted more drinks? Just stuck up 40 year olds behind the bar. just dropped off the drink with no word and dropped off the bill with no word. No service at all. I gave them two chances I'm DONE. Tipped nada. I rather go to Fort Lauderdale's countless nicer bars than this run grime hole in the wall.

My waiter Perfection was awesome. One of the best chicken tenders ever had. Kudos.

Two stars is being generous. I ordered a chicken sandwich. It’s the special on Tuesday. It was pink and very pink within that pink. Therefore it is raw. You can’t mess around with McChicken. I mentioned it to the waitress. She said I’ll get you another one. The cook comes out and he starts cussing at me telling me that I don’t know what I’m talking about and that he has been a cook the chef there for over 50 years. Someone please tell them that this business in this location has only been open since 2012. It’s just plain and simple. I wanted to have a sandwich and enjoy myself, but now can’t do to the behavior of the people that are hired to facilitate a good if not, great evening. Today staffers/think that the customer is there for them. In away we are good service is always a good thing. I’m out to Enjoy the night , the food, not to be yelled at from the cook. I did get another one. It tasted like they took it and ran it across the floor. Very sandy grainy. I have come to this conclusion The Pub on the drive Is not a place for me. For some reason they don’t like me and they treat me poorly. I’m just a customer with lots of credit lots of money and they don’t want it. I’ve never been belligerent. I’ve never been mean just a smiling little customer walking in off the street. I wonder how many other smiling little customers are getting treated the same way? I walked In with a smile on my face and expectations of having a nice little affordable meal, the special of the day for six dollars french fries and a chicken sandwich. How can it go wrong? I was greeted with abstinence, frustration, anger, and the chef actually came out and cussed at me. I don’t feel any of that is acceptable. I’m not saying all the hosts and staff should be doing a song and dance, but do realize that the customer is there to be a customer to enjoy themselves. That’s why they go to establishments to enjoy themselves not to be humiliated repressed depressed, and screamed at by anyone. I was still charged at the end of all of this. I didn’t even eat the second sandwich. I lost my appetite in aggression, hostility, and The blatant lack of care for a paying customer. I was greeted with contempt, anger, and lack of appreciation. Past visits I actually had a great chicken sandwich. I was treated extremely poorly, not even a comped meal I paid left a tip and got the shaft. I had no edible meal, payed for abuse and greed. Really a horrible experience. There are two doors next to this pub on the drive one is before that opens to (DrYnk) and one after entering (GYM) both have higher recommendation They treat me like a real customer. /////// I also am going to add that I have read about 50 of these reviews and there has only been one response to one customer out of all of them. They are timing their own demise of what the hell I imagine they all made their money off of this place and they’re waiting for it to go. I just noticed slammers 321 received a better rating than this supposedly four star bar restaurant

The food is terrible.

I love this place and their food menu. The bar, kitchen and music and drag shows are fantastic. The crowd is not arrogant or stuffy just everyday guys. The people watching is also great. The staff is super nice.

What a deal, I will definitely be visiting often.

Food is ok, not the best, but it’s edible. The customer service was absolutely HORRENDOUS, my server had a horrible attitude problem, and because of that we didn’t want to tip, the server got annoyed that we didn’t tip and tried to confront us about it. The restroom is actually extremely unsanitary, there was urine on the ground and wet toilet paper, the men’s bathroom had literally NO DOOR which is crazy, every single surface was visibly dirty

Horrible service from the “owner” Amanda. She kept us waiting over 40 min on our reservation and then loudly said “bye” when we advised we didn’t want to wait anymore. If that’s the owner I’d hate to see how the employees behave. No apology or acknowledgement of my time. Miss B really needs to pick a more customer centric place to perform

Inez and AJ for them to have a very good deal that ends at 10 AM. I will highly recommend this place yesterday. This place is very recommended really good. Just an experience you would love to thank you. My server was very nice and checked in very often.

The food was adequate. The burger was over cooked and the coleslaw was tasteless.
