Very nice place to wine & dine with a breathtaking aerial view of Kigali.

Everything was amazing, a great place with incredible views, highly recommended.

Bonavi was my server. Probably the best service I had since i stepped into Rwanda. The management should know that of him. Food was Top Notch esp the grilled Tilapia with mashed potatoes. It was larger and more fulfilling than the description on the Menu. Also the added bonus was the night view of Kigali.

Come for the sunset views, stay for the food! The staff are incredibly welcoming and the atmosphere is great. Don't skip the menu - the Tilapia, our waiter's recommendation, was world-class and the Beef Chops were a delicious surprise. Very central and highly recommended for both drinks and dinner.

I decided to write a review as I’m still thinking of our awful experience months later. We were celebrating our 15 year wedding anniversary with our kids. Historically have been here, it’s beautiful and the kids remembered the carbonara and wanted it again. So a special night. They didn’t have bacon so offered chicken instead but the kids didn’t want that so had to re choose- not ideal but fine it happens. We then had 40 minutes of every meal we or the kids chose wasn’t available. We were told not a single seafood item was available on a menu where 75% was an item with fish. It took 40 minutes because the wait staff had to keep running to the kitchen to check, to then come back because the fish, bacon, cheese or such wasn’t available. I asked them several times to clarify what we could order but again this would then be wrong. It took nearly an hour before we could successfully order our food and the kids were just done at this point and really hungry. The food them took way too long to come. We thought we were safe with spaghetti bolognese for the kids but for some reason it was insanely spicy and they couldn’t eat it. My meal came after and despite having been told and the order taken for chicken with feta stuffing and red wine sauce - I recieved a dry chicken leg. The last thing I wanted was to send it back and in my life I have never done so. However given it’s supposed to be a nice restaurant, a special occasion and all the drama of the ordering I did. They then came back to say they didn’t have the cheese or wine. Would I like to order something else? My kids were almost crying and this point and there was no way I was gonna start the order drama again. So annoying as they had checked twice before I ordered. So I actually went without. In fairness to the waiter he was very apologetic over all the trouble we had had and offered me a free dessert. At this point though I refused and just asked for a bill. At least they didn’t charge me for the meal I sent back and didn’t eat. I can’t believe with all the trouble a manager or someone didn’t check in. I also think them knocking something off the bill or not charging for the kids juice or something would have been appropriate. I’m a very positive person and pretty happy go lucky but this still bugs me because a special wedding anniversary happens once and I can never get it back. It couldn’t have gone more horribly wrong and how you can have so much on your menu not available or handle this so badly I don’t know. I do not recommend the food even what did come. Do not go here.
